Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services and subscriptions purchased directly from
QB Exclusive through https://qbexclusive.com. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge
and agree to the terms outlined below.
Professional Services
All professional services provided by QB Exclusive, including but not limited to consulting,
bookkeeping, accounting services, implementation, setup, configuration, project-based work,
and other labor-based services, are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Cancellation of any related service or subscription will prevent future billing only
and does not apply to fees already earned or services already performed.
No Contracts No Cancellation Fees.
Automatically renews every month at the amount of the subscription plan ordered by customer until the customer cancels with 30 days notice to QB Exclusive.
Hosting & Recurring Subscription Services
Hosting, website maintenance, and other recurring subscription services provided by QB Exclusive
are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@qbexclusive.com
- Cancellation will stop future billing only
- No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period but will be credited towards future time if unused upon re-activation
- Access to hosting or subscribed services remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
- No Contracts No Cancellation Fees

Intuit & Third-Party Products
QB Exclusive does not bill for, manage, or issue refunds for Intuit QuickBooks, Fishbowl,
or any other third-party software or services. All such products are billed and refunded
directly by their respective providers and are subject to their individual refund policies.
Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a billing question or believe an error has occurred, please contact
support@qbexclusive.com before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks
without prior communication may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refund Processing (If Applicable)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary by payment provider
- Approved refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days
- No Contracts No Cancellation Fees

any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
