60-Day Money Back Guarantee
All QB Financial software and Point of Sale Desktop software may be returned within 60 days from the date of invoice.
This includes QB Pro, QB Premier, QB Enterprise, QB For Mac, QB Accountant and QB POS software. You will be required to uninstall and remove the application from your computer. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to us.
All other items including Computers, monitors, and supplies may be returned in new / unopened condition within 30 days.
Customized supplies are not eligible for a refund.
Professional services, consulting, project work, and bookkeeping services are non-refundable.
When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

Return Process
- To request for a Refund, or a Return, please call (844) 663-2466 or fill out the return request form.
- Credits can only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
- We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund as per the above mentioned Refund & Return Policy. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of return or refund approval, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
